My Summer Vacation in Jakarta Day 2..

December 28th, 2013

Today, we woke up quite early to go SHOPPING~!!!
Well, we divided into two groups: One group went to have fun at the Park, while another group went to shopping center to shop~!!

I joined Group 2, cause I knew only if I go to the shopping mall, I could have my hair done. Otherwise, I will be having a super messy hair. Alright, maybe it's just personally preferred to have my hair done for a dinner. =P So this time, we're at Grand Indonesia. We were going around to find souvenirs that a friend of the others are looking for, before I separated from them to go have my hair done.

Tadaa... here's the hair do. Honestly speaking, it's not as good as what I have expected it to be but still manageable for me to go for the night. I had my toe nails done too which is again not professional at all.
Well then, I walked around to look for the others. I saw this. and wow.. I didn't how the effects came in. =D This was pretty. If I only have a Go-Pro to take a selfie...
After meeting the other guys, we went back to think of we could have our massage done and I couldn't as my hair would be troublesome. Plus the traffic, we did not have enough time, I should say myself would not have enough time. =P

Some of them got the chance to go for the massage next door while I didn't. =( So wasted!!!! Cause I heard that massaging in Jakarta is really a great thing with great prices!! Here's the photos of the invitation card. And a lucky draw ticket. Haha.. The invitation card is super special!!!

A few photos were taken before the ceremony and I met my friend, Irrma~~ =D

A very cute and special entrance of the lovely couple~~

Imagine how grand the ceremony is...

My Summer Vacation::Jakarta... For the first time..

December 27th, 2013
The day, of which I was going to Jakarta with my uni-engineering friends. It was a meaningful trip.
It's a trip, to attend a friend's wedding. I have known him, the groom, Daud only for two years. Hahaha... not as long as the others, either since college or uni year 1. Yeah, just two and a half years in UWA for me..

That morning, I was going to take the flight with a friend to KL then to Jakarta. But something happened. In the end, I had to take the flights by myself. From Kuching to Kuala Lumpur, I took Malaysia Airlines and the Malindo Air to Jakarta...

With that, my mom & my bro insisted me to ask my friend to pick me up from the airport. It was actually super troublesome, if they knew how busy my friend was at that moment. So, I followed the newly-wed's driver around to pick up the wedding gown, sending the bride's family's luggage to the hotel, then to the bridal shop for the bride to try out the gown, then I off to have my first meal myself and finally I'm going to the hotel that I would be staying for 2 nights. Mangga Dua Amaris Hotel. For the first time, I experienced sitting in the car while the Jakarta's famous traffic congestion was going on.

Tips for friends who will be going overseas for the friend's wedding: Do take your own taxi to the hotel. Don't ever ask the bride or the groom. You know why? They will extremely busy with their wedding preparations. I've experienced these twice now. My brother's and my friend's. My brother's friend, they all took their own transport to the hotel. So do my other friends who went to Daud's wedding. Just ME... =.= Felt so bad and troublesome to them, but I had no choice but to listen to my parents.

That night we went to a shopping of which I don't remember the name. It's opposite Grand Indonesia. Quite a good place to be. I will try to upload the photos. I knew I might not post the photos up soon. Not gonna promise anything now. So, my friends went for dinner and I went to look for mani pedi. I get to do manicure.. Because I had my late lunch, so I was still pretty full for dinner. So, I bought some bread from the Bakery no longer remember the name, just in case I would be hungry.

We took photos outside the building and after that we headed back to the hotel.

So that's basically my first day.... and photos below.. (^_^)

=stay tuned fro Day 2=

2014 is here..

It's another year. Growing older for another year.
What I would say the same thing every year is Time flies~

It has been a tough year for me.
Studies had been a stressful thing for me over the year.

Shamefully saying, I failed a unit during my last semester. With that, I wasn't able to graduate on time. Yes. It was a terrible moment for me. Before final exams, I've nearly broke down into pieces.
Bad news came in, while I was on my "graduation" trip to New Zealand.
Feelings have to be hidden for the moment.
Told the bad news to my brothers, not to my parents. Didn't even dared to call. I know it would be complete disappointment for my dad.

Yadayadayada...
Enough bout the disappointing moment...
Trips to New Zealand was a definite fun time without the bad news.
Another trip to Jakarta & Singapore were great. Will be blogging that soon.. Real soon. :)

Anything to do with relationships..
Nothing this year. Teehee... Sometimes, when you're tired, surely you would want to have a shoulder to lean on, a pair of ears listening to your troubles and nags.. These, I guess most people who are still single would think of. However, finding the right person, takes up time & fate. There's no rush at all because it's a life journey. If it doesn't come at all, take it and admit it. There would be a lot of passerby, whom there's once you think is the right one. So, keep eyes opened wide. Don't get blind easily.^^

For this new year, I hoped that I would find a job soon and start working. This is the main aim for now, before I could plan other things, such as further my studies whether course related or not. Planning has been in my head, it only could start working after I got a proper job.

Guess that's all for now.

Cheers, everyone. Wish you all a Happy New Year!

Stay tune for photos coming up soon in other posts.
