❤️ My Birthday ❤️➕❤️ 2016 Birthday Resolution ❤️

Time really flies. I wasn't able to update my blog in time with everything else. It's so difficult to keep up with things. I would love to update my blog every now and then.

From my 2016 New Year's Resolution, I only managed to have one of the resolutions done, which is my Australia Visa. In April this year, my application for Skilled Independent Visa is granted. As I already has a Sponsored Visa (489), all my documents are up to date and health check-up was done that time, hence it shorten the time of preparation for the Visa for 189. Apart from that, I didn't get to achieve the other resolutions successfully.

This month is my birthday month.. ♏️1️⃣0️⃣。1️⃣1️⃣♏️

As usual, I didn't think much of how I wanted my birthday to be like, apart from hoping that someone is here, which I know it won't happen. I'm born to think too much, because it never stop since I was young..

This year, my two groups of friends in Perth asked me what would I like to have.
To be honest, thinking of what to eat has been something that I do everyday. So these are really tough questions for me. The only way to decide was that Michelle asked if I'm free the Saturday after my birthday, so with that, for YAD I chose to go out with them on the day itself. If otherwise, I think I will forever unable to choose.

Birthday resolution is an idea suggested by David. One of our YAD. I think it's a good idea, so I started to do so. Just that, didn't really had time to sit down and do it. I will continue tomorrow because my iPad's battery is low now. Don't wanna use it while charging.

--- after so many days.. ---
Oh well, procrastination always happen. So I only come back to continue writing today. However, it gives me time to think about what I want to have for Resolutions.

  1. For the past one year, I have been eating out almost every single day that I start to feel unhealthy. So, I hope that in the coming year, I could start to cook more at home and eat out less.
  2. Exercise! This is something I should hit myself with. I was an athlete and yet the motivation to do exercise is so low. Also, I paid for my gym for the past one year and only been there like 10 times only. Waste $$$! For the coming year, I will need to think of a way to do more exercise.
  3. Sleep early, and wake up early... A lazy person like me, how is it possible.. Now that summer is here, the early morning sunshine does wake me up a lot more earlier than usual. I guess it's a good thing and I shall keep it up.. Even when winter is here.
  4. Time to save more money. I have been spending a lot lately and realized that I am not saving enough to spend. In this coming year, I hope that I would be able to find ways to earn more and able to cover my expenses.
  5. ANZBYC Christchurch. This is in my list. I have submitted my registration form, however, I am waiting for them to reply. Finger crossed. Hopefully, in this 2 months I would be able to settle my flight tickets too.
  6. Send out the postcard I ought to send earlier. It should be done soon. Lol
  7. Learn something new. Sign Language or something in the temple.
I'll stop here for now. I will continue to write up hopefully.

2016 left less than 4 months now... #January2016

Time really flies.. Over the past 8 + months, many things have happened.
I will go month by month if possible.

10th
A friend of mine got married.
We knew each other during orientation Perth tour, but we didn't really get to know each other that much until a year later. We were not that close but we are close. The situation is a bit difficult to explain. This happens when you have less girl friends in a foreign country.

I felt blessed to able to witness my friend getting married. Wedding venue is in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. A beautiful place to explore. I didn't plan anything for this trip. All I did was book my ticket, pay for accommodation and fly~ So all I have to do is wait for my friends to bring us around. And what I needed to focus is to see what I am able to help with my dear friend who is going to be a bride soon!

Let's see what are the photos that I have to show you here.

Leng, Chee Xun, Yung and another 2 friends, we all went to island hopping. 2 Islands to be exact..
I don't remember any of the name sadly.

Here's my pretty Bride friend.. ^_^ Yeah.. She's skinny..
I am still trying to find out more photos which I suddenly couldn't locate..
Sigh.. Not sure why here..

****I will update later when I get them from my Facebook. ****

My Summer Vacation in Jakarta Day 2..

December 28th, 2013

Today, we woke up quite early to go SHOPPING~!!!
Well, we divided into two groups: One group went to have fun at the Park, while another group went to shopping center to shop~!!

I joined Group 2, cause I knew only if I go to the shopping mall, I could have my hair done. Otherwise, I will be having a super messy hair. Alright, maybe it's just personally preferred to have my hair done for a dinner. =P So this time, we're at Grand Indonesia. We were going around to find souvenirs that a friend of the others are looking for, before I separated from them to go have my hair done.

Tadaa... here's the hair do. Honestly speaking, it's not as good as what I have expected it to be but still manageable for me to go for the night. I had my toe nails done too which is again not professional at all.
Well then, I walked around to look for the others. I saw this. and wow.. I didn't how the effects came in. =D This was pretty. If I only have a Go-Pro to take a selfie...
After meeting the other guys, we went back to think of we could have our massage done and I couldn't as my hair would be troublesome. Plus the traffic, we did not have enough time, I should say myself would not have enough time. =P

Some of them got the chance to go for the massage next door while I didn't. =( So wasted!!!! Cause I heard that massaging in Jakarta is really a great thing with great prices!! Here's the photos of the invitation card. And a lucky draw ticket. Haha.. The invitation card is super special!!!

A few photos were taken before the ceremony and I met my friend, Irrma~~ =D

A very cute and special entrance of the lovely couple~~

Imagine how grand the ceremony is...

My Summer Vacation::Jakarta... For the first time..

December 27th, 2013
The day, of which I was going to Jakarta with my uni-engineering friends. It was a meaningful trip.
It's a trip, to attend a friend's wedding. I have known him, the groom, Daud only for two years. Hahaha... not as long as the others, either since college or uni year 1. Yeah, just two and a half years in UWA for me..

That morning, I was going to take the flight with a friend to KL then to Jakarta. But something happened. In the end, I had to take the flights by myself. From Kuching to Kuala Lumpur, I took Malaysia Airlines and the Malindo Air to Jakarta...

With that, my mom & my bro insisted me to ask my friend to pick me up from the airport. It was actually super troublesome, if they knew how busy my friend was at that moment. So, I followed the newly-wed's driver around to pick up the wedding gown, sending the bride's family's luggage to the hotel, then to the bridal shop for the bride to try out the gown, then I off to have my first meal myself and finally I'm going to the hotel that I would be staying for 2 nights. Mangga Dua Amaris Hotel. For the first time, I experienced sitting in the car while the Jakarta's famous traffic congestion was going on.

Tips for friends who will be going overseas for the friend's wedding: Do take your own taxi to the hotel. Don't ever ask the bride or the groom. You know why? They will extremely busy with their wedding preparations. I've experienced these twice now. My brother's and my friend's. My brother's friend, they all took their own transport to the hotel. So do my other friends who went to Daud's wedding. Just ME... =.= Felt so bad and troublesome to them, but I had no choice but to listen to my parents.

That night we went to a shopping of which I don't remember the name. It's opposite Grand Indonesia. Quite a good place to be. I will try to upload the photos. I knew I might not post the photos up soon. Not gonna promise anything now. So, my friends went for dinner and I went to look for mani pedi. I get to do manicure.. Because I had my late lunch, so I was still pretty full for dinner. So, I bought some bread from the Bakery no longer remember the name, just in case I would be hungry.

We took photos outside the building and after that we headed back to the hotel.

So that's basically my first day.... and photos below.. (^_^)

=stay tuned fro Day 2=

2014 is here..

It's another year. Growing older for another year.
What I would say the same thing every year is Time flies~

It has been a tough year for me.
Studies had been a stressful thing for me over the year.

Shamefully saying, I failed a unit during my last semester. With that, I wasn't able to graduate on time. Yes. It was a terrible moment for me. Before final exams, I've nearly broke down into pieces.
Bad news came in, while I was on my "graduation" trip to New Zealand.
Feelings have to be hidden for the moment.
Told the bad news to my brothers, not to my parents. Didn't even dared to call. I know it would be complete disappointment for my dad.

Yadayadayada...
Enough bout the disappointing moment...
Trips to New Zealand was a definite fun time without the bad news.
Another trip to Jakarta & Singapore were great. Will be blogging that soon.. Real soon. :)

Anything to do with relationships..
Nothing this year. Teehee... Sometimes, when you're tired, surely you would want to have a shoulder to lean on, a pair of ears listening to your troubles and nags.. These, I guess most people who are still single would think of. However, finding the right person, takes up time & fate. There's no rush at all because it's a life journey. If it doesn't come at all, take it and admit it. There would be a lot of passerby, whom there's once you think is the right one. So, keep eyes opened wide. Don't get blind easily.^^

For this new year, I hoped that I would find a job soon and start working. This is the main aim for now, before I could plan other things, such as further my studies whether course related or not. Planning has been in my head, it only could start working after I got a proper job.

Guess that's all for now.

Cheers, everyone. Wish you all a Happy New Year!

Stay tune for photos coming up soon in other posts.

For more updates...

hey all...
it's always been a while that I'll be missing from Blogger.
Hence, I think it is a better way to intro you to some other stream where you could get more updates of mine.

First of all===>>>> The new Dayre... dayre.me/suk_ling

Dayre is the latest and best mobile blogging apps at the moment. You can choose to blog at the moment you took the pictures... You can also just post up words, check-ins.... The only problem with it is the video part.. Super troublesome la.. cause it is limited. It is best only you record with its feature. I tried with the original camcorder apps of my phone, it just too big couldn't be uploaded. Even it is already under 30 sec length.

Second is Instagram...
suk_ling...

It is the famous mobile photos app too... =D I used to be more into Instagram rather than any other apps, such as Facebook, Blogger... It is linked to Facebook, so I dont have to worry about it.. But not Blogger. I preferred this more compared to Blogger before Dayre came out...

Although those apps are preferred, I will not leave Blogger behind. Those two apps are specially for the use on the phone only.

So ya.. that's all for now.
